It is agreed and understood that the Rental Unit may be shown at reasonable times prior to the expiration of this Notice after the Owner/Agent issues appropriate Notice to Enter. Tenant(s) hereby certifies that payments of all utilities are current.
 
This Notice terminates the tenancy on:

If the Tenant(s) remain(s) in possession without the Owner/Agent’s consent after expiration of the term of the Rental Agreement or its termination, the Owner/Agent may bring action for possession.
Tenant(s) could be liable for court costs, prevailing fees and have an eviction listed on their rental reference and/or Credit Report.
