If the rent remains unpaid, further action may be taken
under ORS 105 to return possession of the rental unit to the Owner/Agent.
Eviction for Nonpayment of Rent, Charges and Fees that accrued on and after April 1, 2020, and
before June 30, 2021, is not allowed before February 28, 2022.
