You, someone in your control, your Guest or your pet seriously threatened to inflict or actually inflicted substantial personal injury upon a person on the premesis other than the Tenant(s).*

You or someone in your control recklessly endangered someone on the property other than you or a member of your household by creating a serious risk of substantial personal injury.

You, someone in your control, your Guest or your pet inflicted substantial personal injury upon a neighbor.*

You, someone in your control, your Guest or your pet intentionally inflicted substantial damage to the property, or your pet inflicted substantial damage on more than one occasion.*

If the cause of this notice is damage by your pet you may avoid termination of your tenancy by removing your pet from the Rental Unit by the Vacate Time and Date above. If you remove your pet from the Rental Unit you must notify the Owner/Agent in writing.

You intentionally provided substantial false information on your Application regarding a criminal conviction.*

You, someone in your control or your Guest committed an act which is outrageous in the extreme.*

Such acts include, but are not limited to, the following:

Prostitution or promotion of prostitution;
Manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance;
Manufacture of a cannabis extract;
A Bias Crime as described in ORS 166.155 and 166.165; or Burglary as described in ORS 164.215 and 164.225.

You returned to the Rental Unit an animal for which you were previously given a Notice to Vacate because of substantial damage inflicted by that animal.
