The released Tenant hereby waives any right to a Security Deposit Refund and/or any Prepaid Rent and to any accounting thereof. The remaining Tenant(s) hereby acknowledge(s) that the above-mentioned funds will remain with the premises. The released Tenant is liable for Rent, damages or other amounts due under the Rental Agreement through the Release Date below.
