Temporary Occupant listed above may reside in the Rental Unit for the time period specified. By the signatures below, all lawful Tenants give their approval for this temporary addition to the Rental Unit. At the end of the specified time period, Temporary Occupant is required to vacate the Rental Unit unless the Agreement has been extended or renewed, or if all parties agree to the addition of Temporary Occupant to the Rental Agreement. If the Temporary Occupant is a live-in caregiver according to an approved Reasonable Accommodation related to a disability, the Agreement will terminate immediately upon any event wherein the Tenant no longer resides in the unit or requires assistance.
Temporary Occupant is not a Tenant, does not have the rights of a Tenant, and does not have the right to occupy the Rental Unit to the exclusion of others. Temporary Occupant may occupy the Rental Unit only as long as the Tenant(s) permit(s), or the Ending Date of the Agreement. Tenant(s) may revoke permission for the Temporary Occupant to occupy the premises (verbally or in writing) at any time, for any reason and the Temporary Occupant agrees to move out immediately upon receiving such notice.
Temporary Occupant has received a copy of the Rental Agreement and all rules and regulations concerning the use of the property, and agrees to obey all the rules, terms and conditions described therein. Owner/Agent may terminate this Agreement (verbally or in writing) if Temporary Occupant violates those provisions, or the requirements of ORS 90.325 or 90.340. In such an event the Temporary Occupant has no right to cure the violation and agrees to move out immediately upon receiving such notice from Owner/Agent.
The Temporary Occupant agrees to promptly vacate the premises at the end of the Agreement unless it is extended or renewed by all parties, in writing. Should Temporary Occupant fail to vacate at the end, or upon notice by Tenant(s) or Owner/Agent, they shall be treated as a squatter under the law. Owner/Agent may terminate the tenancy of Tenant(s) if the Temporary Occupant fails to move out upon the end date of the Agreement or upon Notice of Violation by Owner/Agent.
