The Tenant(s) has/have permission to have a PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED cable, satellite dish or security system at their Rental Unit.
Limited to the following conditions:
- Tenants are responsible for all costs associated with the installation, use of the cable, satellite dish or security system and the associated subscription/services.
- Equipment must be installed by a Professional Installation Company in a professional, workman-like manner.
- Cable, satellite dish or security system must be installed using existing mounts whenever possible.
- All installation must be performed in such a way as be visually attractive.
- Any holes created must be sealed or caulked to prevent moisture from entering the structure.
- Wiring or lines shall be installed in such a way to be the least intrusive to the outside of the building.
- Wiring or lines shall not present a danger to persons by tripping.
- Tenant(s) is/are responsible for any damages to the Rental Unit due to the installation of a cable, satellite dish or security system. The cost of repairs will be charged to the Security Deposit if not repaired.
- All interior accesses must have appropriate outlet covers.
- Cables may be attached to the cable system already in place.
- Acceptable areas will be determined by the Owner/Agent.
- Permissible location of cable, satellite dish or security system include: porch, deck, balcony or patio.
- Tenant(s) will be required to remove cable, satellite dish or security system if it is placed in an unacceptable area.
- Cable, satellite dish or security system must be removed upon vacating. The cost for removal will be charged to the Security Deposit if not removed.
